 Located in a strategic area (san vito is a splendid town where ancient traditions are preserved, an excellent starting point for visiting the surrounding areas of sarrabus), this b&b is really a beautiful discovery, like experiencing a dive into the past of the ancient houses with their important huge portals. Martina always available and kind, prepares abundant and varied breakfasts every morning. I highly recommend a stay at this property.

 The bnb is truly delightful, in a village where peace reigns. A stone's throw from the center of San Vito, in a few minutes by car or by car you can reach paradisiacal beaches. Martina is of a unique availability and her breakfasts remain in the heart. All perfect. The window of our room overlooked a beautiful lemon tree. Truly top notch cleanliness and tranquility. Highly recommended for those who want to stay in Sardinia away from the chaos of big cities. Martina you are legendary! A big kiss to your cats from Me and Marco from Verona.

 Excellent !!! Martina and Alessandro are very kind and extremely available. The structure is very welcoming, very clean and furnished with characteristics that reflect the "Campidanese" housing typology while safeguarding its historical origins. Breakfast with typical local products and genuinely made by Martina with a particular memory of her unforgettable jam of their lemons. The living room is. was absolutely positive and relaxing !!! Absolutely to go back!!!

 We stayed only one night unfortunately, we were passing through. We were greeted by Martina's husband, Alessandro, a friendly, polite person, who accompanied us inside a typical, renovated structure of the place. Cozy place, with attention to the smallest details and equally clean. The large bedroom, with a roof covered in bamboo canes, as well as the bathroom, spacious and equipped with every comfort. The breakfast, served by Martina, nice and friendly, a true hostess, abundant with genuine food at zero km. We will be back as soon as possible. Highly recommended!!!  Excellent location for visiting the surrounding nature and the sea a few km away. Martina and her husband very kind and very helpful. Excellent breakfast. The room could use some improvements, but for a couple of nights it's fine. They also have a well-kept garden with a sofa for relaxation! Advised.

 We spent an off-season weekend breathing the real Sardinian air in a traditional and romantic location with two kind and helpful Hosts. The breakfast with homemade cakes and, above all, the jams (lemons, but also oranges and apricots and pine nuts) were a dive into the truest authenticity. Convenient location near the most beautiful and strategic beaches without ever being chaotic.

 Excellent! We stayed one night in this lovely B&B. Attention to many details! With a truly important respect for the history of the house. We asked for a cot for our daughter and it was given to us with all the sheets. The comfortable and heated room and the delicious and plentiful breakfast. The owners are friendly and approachable they even recommended the restaurant to eat at. I would also add that we forgot the little girl's pajamas with them and the owner kindly sent it to us. Super nice. I really recommend it!

 How to feel at home! Martina immediately had a cordial relationship, right from the email exchanges to make arrangements during the booking. Arrived at the structure we immediately had the impression it was a place cared for with love. Cozy room, a window overlooking the courtyard overlooking the roof, huge bathroom and details that speak of a past time that has been preserved and refurbished, giving it new life. Beautiful, would go back and will definitely recommend!

 If you want to take a leap into the past, B & B Martina is the right place for you!. We only stayed one night but had a wonderful time. The room in pure "Sardinian" style located on the ground floor is beautiful! .. A very colorful garden ... And what about the wonderful breakfast served on the veranda!? All very good but the apple pie prepared by Martina is really special!. Thanks also to the kind and hospitable Alessandro. We will be back as soon as possible. Raimondo and Mirella.

 The B&B Martina is a splendid and typical Sardinian house from the 1800s, renovated respecting the original construction: the stone walls, the ceilings in reeds and juniper beams, the wooden door jambs, the ancient floors present in some rooms ( equal to those of my paternal grandparents' house in Sassari, the sight of which brought me back in time to beautiful memories), are a precious leap into the past. Once through an ancient wooden door, you enter a welcoming courtyard where there is a pergola of white and black grapes and ancient rural tools; then you enter a beautiful loggia - also enriched by historic baskets and kitchen utensils - and the rooms, all furnished in Sardinian style with great taste and attention to detail. The structure is very clean and has every comfort. Martina, the owner is a very kind person and very willing to provide advice; chatting with her is very pleasant. The B&B is located a stone's throw from Piazza del Municipio where it is possible to park the car, and it is also not far from beautiful beaches. Thank you Martina for your warm welcome into your magical Sardinian world! I highly recommend everyone to stay in the charming B&B Martina, where we will certainly have the pleasure of returning.  Piacevole sorpresa L'ospitalità, la cortesia e la disponibilità sono indiscusse doti di Alessandro e Martina. Di quest'ultima non possiamo che confermare quanto già ampiamente elogiato in merito alle marmellate e agli ottimi dolci fatti in casa. La pulizia dei locali è impeccabile. Quello che però ci ha piacevolmente sorpreso è stata la passione, di entrambi, per il proprio territorio e le relative tradizioni, il desiderio di conservarle restando però al passo coi tempi, in un ambito di comunità, S.Vito, paese che ha saputo mantenere le caratteristiche della vera Sardegna.
